I'll teach you new skills to compartmentalize unhelpful self-talk and regulate your emotions.

Step Two:

We'll take a look at past experiences that led to your negative beliefs about yourself. We'll use therapy techniques to let go of the negative thoughts and feelings associated with these memories and refocus on your strengths and accomplishments.

Step Three:

We'll use your newfound self-esteem to set boundaries using assertiveness. You'll be able to ask for what you need in relationships and find yourself feeling fulfilled.
